Jeramey Parker brings more than 20 years of title and escrow experience to Kingdom Title’s commercial team. He began his career in title examinations and policy work, which gave him a close understanding of how title issues affect a closing, before moving into escrow administration. Jeramey joined Kingdom Title Solutions in June 2026 as a Commercial Escrow Officer. He manages commercial closings from opening through disbursement, working alongside attorneys, lenders, brokers, and developers to keep transactions organized and on schedule. He is licensed to issue title insurance in Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Jeramey enjoys relaxing with his cats, a good book, or a craft project.
