Molly Bogner Wells received her Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, and her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.

She started in the commercial title and escrow industry in 2015 and has since worked for both local title agencies and national direct underwriting operations. She is adept at closing transactions throughout the country and has experience closing multi-site, industrial, construction, and cannabis transactions.

At Kingdom, Molly will manage every aspect of her clients’ commercial real estate transactions to ensure clear and concise underwriting and timely communication standards and will endeavor to offer an organized and efficient path to a successful closing.

She is the founder and co-chair of the Cleveland chapter of Women in Title and is active in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.  Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, blogging about fiction books (she reads over 100 a year!), and trying new local restaurants.
