Nathan brings more than 18 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate lender where he built strong relationships with Commercial Real Estate Developers, mortgage brokers, commercial brokers, bankers and real estate attorneys throughout the industry.  In August 2025, he joined Kingdom Title Solutions in a Commercial Development role, where he focuses on expanding partnerships and serving the commercial real estate community with trusted title and closing services.  Nathan’s extensive background in commercial lending gives him a unique perspective on complex transactions and the needs of the professionals involved in them. His career has been built on relationship development, collaboration, and helping clients navigate deals successfully. Outside of work, Nathan is deeply involved in his community, serving on the Northeast Ohio Area Leadership team for CBMC and on the regional board for The Salvation Army.  He is also a devoted husband and father of three and enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams. In his free time, Nathan enjoys working out, playing basketball and golfing.
